Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, add powdered sugar and vanilla, whip until stiff peaks form.
  5. Melt chocolate and oil in microwave, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  6. Fill cookies with cream filling, assemble, and drizzle with chocolate glaze. Let set for 30 minutes.
