Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
