- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder, then cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the sauce. Mix thoroughly and chill.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or dry skillet for 15-30 seconds until soft.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, spread a generous amount of sauce, then layer with lettuce, cheese, cooked beef, onions, and pickles.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Toast in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
