  • 1 pound Ground Beef Substitute with lean ground turkey or plant-based crumbles
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Large burrito-sized or low-carb wraps
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce Iceberg or romaine
  • 1 medium Onion Raw or sautéed
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Dill or spicy varieties
  • 4 slices Cheese American cheese preferred
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeños Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder, then cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the sauce. Mix thoroughly and chill.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or dry skillet for 15-30 seconds until soft.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat, spread a generous amount of sauce, then layer with lettuce, cheese, cooked beef, onions, and pickles.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Toast in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
