Step-by-Step Instructions for Best Lychee Iced Tea
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add honey and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and add green tea bags. Steep for 3 minutes without squeezing the bags.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of cold water and stir gently. Cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Blend lychees in syrup with juice of half a lemon and lime until smooth.
  5. Pour the lychee puree into the cooled tea mixture and stir well to combine.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint and lemon or lime slices.
