Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken, then season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Make the Cream Cheese Topping:
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Top the Chicken:
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
- Smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
Bake the Chicken:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For a golden, bubbly top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
Garnish and Serve:
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.
