  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or stevia optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes as needed

Method

  1. In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add more frozen berries or ice cubes.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding extra honey or stevia if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries instead of frozen, but add ice for a colder texture.
  • Swap almond milk for oat milk or coconut milk for a different flavor.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for a post-workout boost.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
