Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated
  • Cooked rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
  4. Return beef to the pan and stir in oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice.

Notes

  • Slice beef against the grain for tenderness. Use any mix of vegetables like snap peas or carrots.
