Method
- Toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan and stir in oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook until heated through.
- Serve over rice.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness. Use any mix of vegetables like snap peas or carrots.
