Method
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Add barbecue sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and stir well to coat with sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra tang.
- Use leftovers for sliders, wraps, or loaded baked potatoes.
