- Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken breast with olive oil, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Allow marinating for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest.
- Prepare Flatbreads: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange flatbreads on the tray.
- Assemble Flatbreads: Spread BBQ sauce on each flatbread, top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbreads are crispy.
