Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
