For the Rice
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice can substitute with brown rice or cauliflower rice
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise can use Greek yogurt as a low-calorie alternative
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce adjust based on heat preference
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce tamari is a gluten-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice fresh lime juice preferred
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper can substitute with seasonal veggies
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Broccoli or other vegetables like snap peas
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil can use avocado oil as a substitute
  • to taste Salt

For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions can replace with chives
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional for texture

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions, keeping warm.
  2. Make the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook ground turkey in the skillet, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Season the turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Add bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking until tender-crisp.
  7. Mix in half the Bang Bang sauce with the cooked turkey and vegetables.
  8. Assemble bowls with rice topped with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  9. Drizzle remaining Bang Bang sauce over each bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
