  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Avoid substituting with olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until charred and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the skewers rest for 2-3 minutes after grilling.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
