Method
- Spread 1/4 cup of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. If desired, drizzle honey over the peanut butter for added sweetness.
- Place a banana at one end of each tortilla. If using, sprinkle cinnamon and granola over the peanut butter.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana, starting from the end where the banana is placed.
- Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces or serve whole.
- For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
