Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 cup granola optional

Method
 

  1. Spread 1/4 cup of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. If desired, drizzle honey over the peanut butter for added sweetness.
  2. Place a banana at one end of each tortilla. If using, sprinkle cinnamon and granola over the peanut butter.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana, starting from the end where the banana is placed.
  4. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces or serve whole.
  5. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
