Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still bright green.
Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Mix in the cooked ziti and half of the Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan and the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
