Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces ziti pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still bright green.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Mix in the cooked ziti and half of the Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan and the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
