- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Halve the ripe pears and remove the core. Brush the cut sides with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place the halved pears cut-side up in the baking dish, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Bake the pears for 20 to 25 minutes until they are tender but still hold their shape.
- Remove from the oven and top each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle honey over each pear and garnish with thyme leaves if desired.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
