Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix until the pasta is well combined with the tomatoes and seasonings.
Crumble the Boursin cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
