Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

  3. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down in prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the honey mustard mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Bake for about 11 to 14 minutes or until the salmon turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
