Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into 1.5-inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the meatballs rest for a couple of minutes before serving with marinara sauce over pasta, in subs, or as an appetizer.
