Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough by unrolling the crescent roll sheet onto a cutting board. Separate it into individual triangles, then cut each triangle into three smaller pieces.
Wrap the sausages by placing one Lit'L Smokie at the wide end of each triangle and rolling it toward the narrow end.
Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each piece for even baking.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crisp.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, such as mustard, barbecue sauce, or cheese dip.
