  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Agave syrup is a great alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Avocado oil can also be used.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Lime juice can be a nice alternative.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Core and slice the Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges and toss with maple syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. Spread the apples and chopped pecans on the baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and fragrant.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together dairy-free feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
