Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Pour in the red wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
Add the crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the milk and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
