Ingredients
  

  • Fresh asparagus trimmed
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Crushed Ritz crackers
  • Butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly steam asparagus until just tender, then arrange in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over asparagus.
  5. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Substitute cream of chicken soup if preferred.
  • Add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor.
