- In a flat plate, combine sugar and cinnamon to create a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.
- Chop the apple pie filling into bite-sized pieces for easier rolling.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat, place about 3 tablespoons of filling in the center, and roll tightly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush each rolled taquito with melted butter.
- Roll the buttered taquitos in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Place each taquito seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
